Belladonna, the Enslaved

Name: Lilith "Belladonna" Noir

Appearance: Belladonna is a woman who stands 5'5" tall, at least when she's on the ground. She is usually levitating slightly above the ground, her slender body held in a slightly taunting pose, her hands holding a large, black scythe the drags upon the ground and appears to be nothing but a shadow made solid by a long, glowing string of the most scarlet red winding up the hilt. Her dark brown hair falls in tendrils down to her shoulder blades, wisps of glowing red appearing in the bangs that fall straight across her forehead and the tips that fall upon her back. Her pale, heart-shaped face is home to many freckles and a pair of big, dark eyes. As in terms of wardrobe, she wears a black, legless one-piece over a pair of red leggings and thigh high black boots tied with red strings up the side. A black corset tied with glowing red strings envelopes her stomach. At her waist sits a red sash that acts as a skirt in the back, reaching down to her knees and increasingly becoming a violet color. Upon the back of the sash rests a sort of clock design in black ink. Her arms have glowing red slits upon them.

Bio: Lilith grew up in a small village free of the restraints of war. At a time, she knew nothing but peace and love. Yet, as all stories go, she grew up far before her time. When she was a child, her village was overtaken by a group of men clad in black cloaks and wielding books of death magic. They slew all the adults and brought the young to a gloomy, shadowy, and beautiful island.
The dark men took one child a day, and they never returned back to the prison-like leanto the other children were residing in. All they heard were quiet screams, the hissing of fire, and the monotone chants of men. Along came the day Lilith was brought from shelter to a clearing and a stone altar by the men in black. They tied her down, cut her skin and poured poison down her throat as they chanted their words over and over. Life faded from poor Lilith. Death was but the beginning of her life.
She awoke in the darkness of night, surprised to see she was still upon the stone altar. The ropes lay around her, snapped. The cultists lay around her upon the ground in pools of blood. She looked at her hands and arms, only to see all of the injuries inflicted upon her by the cloaked figures were healed, glowing red and emitting a sort of heat that made her face flush. She looked up, seeing a lone face in the treeline shaded with wrinkles. He smiled at her and held out his hand. A beautiful belladonna bloom sat upon it, for her and her "efforts." She rose to take it and found that her feet did not touch the ground. As she panicked midair, he explained to her how they had placed a grim spirit within her, and how she was to grow to be a new goddess to a world of weak fools. He explained how the other children had been "taken care of" since there was no more need of them. It was then that Lilith lost control of her body in anger and sadness. A scythe materialized in her fingertips, and found its way into the forehead of the old man.

For each of your effects, I require you to post how long those last IN the effects area. The ones marked in red.

Also for your first ability. Does that do 200 damage upon attachment AND detachment? Or is it a total of 200 damage? Also don't use seconds, please, use posts.

For ability three, does the ignite mean even after stepping in the AoE damage, they keep take a bit more damage?

I need all of this listed because anybody using this char can level up these effects.

Lower the damages on all of your abilities, please. A base of 25-50 is good. 'cause I still have to account for how much damage is added from your magic damage ratings.
